About The Position

Cool Willy's Air Conditioning & Plumbing is seeking an experienced Home Services General Manager to work alongside our current General Manager before transitioning into full leadership of our Tucson operation. This is a unique opportunity for a proven leader who wants a structured succession plan rather than being thrown into a role on day one. You'll spend time learning our people, processes, culture, and operations before taking full ownership of a $10 million residential HVAC and Plumbing business. Requirements

  • 5+ years of General Manager or senior operational leadership experience within the residential home services industry.
  • Experience managing a $5–6 million or larger HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or multi-trade home service operation.
  • Strong understanding of residential service, sales, installation, dispatch, and customer service operations.
  • Proven experience managing a branch P&L and improving profitability.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and develop managers and field leaders.
  • Experience driving revenue growth while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • ServiceTitan experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Partner directly with the current General Manager to learn all aspects of the business.
  • Build relationships with employees, managers, and key customers.
  • Gain a deep understanding of company operations, financials, and culture.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability.
  • Assume full responsibility for the daily operations of the Tucson branch.
  • Lead HVAC, Plumbing, Customer Service, Dispatch, Sales, and Installation teams.
  • Own the branch P&L and drive revenue, profitability, and EBITDA growth.
  • Develop department managers through coaching, accountability, and leadership.
  • Monitor and improve key performance indicators, including: Revenue, Gross Margin, EBITDA, Average Ticket, Membership Growth, Close Rates, Customer Satisfaction, Employee Retention.
  • Create a culture built on accountability, teamwork, and exceptional customer service.
  • Partner with recruiting to attract and retain top talent.
