As the General Manager of Prime Car Wash's new location, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of the car wash’s functions and operations. Your primary focus will be on building sales, nurturing customer relationships, and ensuring the development of your team.

The work schedule will predominantly be Tuesday to Saturday, 7:00AM – 4:00PM.

3-5 years of proven success in managing day-to-day operations in a fast-paced manager position overseeing 20+ employees.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of car wash and detailing skills are advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

Participate in a 3-week GM training program at the corporate locations to ensure comprehensive knowledge and alignment with company standards.
Build and train a team from the ground up for the new location.
Recruit, hire, train, and coach new employees for continuous improvement.
Manage day-to-day operations and equipment functions of the car wash facility.
Deliver strong hospitality and customer service skills to guests and members.
Demonstrate knowledge and ability to perform all positions at Prime Car Wash, including sales, labor, and detailing.
Oversee the ordering of wash chemicals, supplies, and products.
Operate a complex POS system and other wash-related computer programs.
