Requirements

Previous restaurant management experience required
General Manager or leadership experience in QSR or fast casual preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
Experience managing staffing, labor, inventory, and financial performance
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead by example
Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

Lead all day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure efficient and successful execution
Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop restaurant team members and leaders
Create a positive, accountable, and guest-focused culture
Drive restaurant performance through labor management, scheduling, inventory, and cost controls
Ensure food quality, speed of service, cleanliness, and hospitality standards are consistently met
Monitor sales, profitability, and operational metrics to achieve business goals
Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company procedures
Address guest concerns professionally and create positive customer experiences
Support employee engagement, retention, and ongoing development
