About The Position
The General Manager is responsible for operating all equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, taking and processing orders (phone and in-person), inventory management, and maintaining cleanliness of equipment and the facility. This role requires strong mathematical, communication, and motor skills, as well as the ability to navigate and deliver products efficiently. The General Manager will also be responsible for delivering flyers and door hangers, reading maps, and locating addresses within the designated delivery area, including navigating various terrains and multi-story buildings while carrying product.
Requirements
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
- Must be able to make correct monetary change.
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
- Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area.
- Must navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.
Responsibilities
- Operate all equipment.

- Receive and process telephone orders.
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
- Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
- Make correct monetary change.

- Deliver product by car and then to door of customer.
- Deliver flyers and door hangers.
- Navigate to locate addresses within designated delivery area.
- Navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.
