About The Position

The General Manager is the CEO of the store—owning total business performance across operations, merchandising, and people. • Strong financial acumen with a track record of delivering results
  • Deep understanding of food retail and general merchandise
  • Strong curiosity and enthusiasm for food, with the ability to translate trends and product knowledge into meaningful business results
  • Skilled in organizational development, coaching, and performance management
  • Effective communicator with strong decision-making and influencing skills
  • High adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, evolving environment
