Our General Managers have the great and challenging role of overseeing all aspects of the store with a “treat it like you own it” philosophy.

Requirements

• 1-3 years prior General Manager or Assistant General Manager experience in a restaurant setting.
• Hands-on operators.
• Prior exposure to P&L analysis is valuable.
• Tried and true strategies for achieving food cost goals and labor targets are required.
• Must be at least 18 years old to apply.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all aspects of the store with a “treat it like you own it” philosophy.
• Ensuring the store is audit ready.
• Executing catering/mobile/in-store orders.
• Ensuring customers have an exceptional experience.
• Motivating and inspiring the team.
• Achieving food cost goals and labor targets.
• Recruiting quality team members.
• Developing internal talent.
