About The Position

This role involves operating all equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, and managing customer orders via phone and in person. Responsibilities include taking inventory, completing paperwork, and maintaining cleanliness of equipment and the facility. The position requires strong communication skills, the ability to perform basic math calculations, and proficiency in handling monetary transactions. Essential functions include accurate and quick mathematical computations, making correct change, and effective verbal and written communication. The role also demands good motor coordination for precise hand and finger movements, and the ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen. The work environment includes exposure to varying weather conditions, a range of in-store temperatures, food odors, dust, cramped spaces, hot surfaces, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts. Sensory requirements include talking and hearing on the phone, near and mid-range vision, depth perception, and the ability to distinguish hot and cold surfaces. Hand tasks require eye-hand coordination and continuous use of hands, including forceful use of forearms and wrists for shaping dough, manipulating tools like a pizza peel and rolling cutter, and pinching for box assembly. Tools and equipment used include pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutters, and pizza peels. Additionally, the role includes delivering products by car to customer doors, distributing marketing materials, and requires a valid driver's license with a safe driving record and access to an insured vehicle. Navigational skills are essential for reading maps and locating addresses within the delivery area, including navigating multi-story buildings and various delivery sites while carrying product. Physical demands for delivery include carrying product, driving within a designated area, and walking to and from the vehicle and customer locations, potentially navigating multiple flights of stairs. Work conditions during delivery involve exposure to varying weather conditions.

Must be able to make correct monetary change
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders

Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
Valid Driver License with safe driving recor meeting company standards
Access to insured vehicle which can be used for delivery
