About The Position

We are looking for a General Manager to lead our team and ensure the delivery of the world's best Quick Service Restaurant experience. This role involves maintaining a safe, secure, and sanitary environment, managing a team of Managers and Crew Members, participating in community events, upholding cleanliness standards, and driving sales and profits. The ideal candidate will be a leader who inspires their team, fosters a positive culture, and prioritizes people while achieving business goals.

  • Previous experience working in food service or retail as a barista, server, sales associate, cashier, team member, or customer sales representative as a manager
