About The Position

Domino's Pizza is hiring General Managers. This role requires a natural leader with skills in judgment, math, and multitasking. General Managers are responsible for all aspects of store operations during their shift, including cost control, inventory management, cash handling, and customer relations. They set the tone for the store and must be consistently performing at a high level.

Requirements

  • Experience leading a team, managing staff of 3 to 30 people.
  • Stellar attitude and motivational skills to ensure staff are in the right place, at the right time, doing the right thing, and creating a great work environment.
  • A clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
  • Access to a reliable, insured vehicle and a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to be a great role model, demonstrating punctuality, a positive attitude towards customers and co-workers, and high personal standards.
  • Willingness to work when the team needs you most, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
  • Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (calculator may be used).
  • Must be able to make correct monetary change.
  • Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
  • Motor coordination for rapid and accurate precise movements with speed.
  • Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
  • Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Perform all duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
  • Manage a staff of 3 to 30 employees during a scheduled shift.
  • Responsible for all store operations.
  • Greet customers and take orders with a smile, including answering the phone.
  • Operate the cash register and collect payment from customers.
  • Prepare products quickly, accurately, and consistently according to portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures.
  • Deliver products to customers in a safe and courteous manner.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant, from the customer-facing areas to the back of the store.
  • Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards.
