Requirements

You've run a yard or branch at $15M+ and made it grow
You've led operations, sales, logistics, and customer service—and held the final accountability for all of it
You lead from the front—hands-on, boots on the ground, and always tuned in
You know how to coach up strong teams and hold people accountable
You’re data-driven but not afraid to trust your gut
You thrive in a high-volume, fast-turn, customer-focused environment
You understand the lumber and truss business like the back of your hand

Responsibilities

Drive performance and profitability of a $20M+ yard in a highly competitive market
Lead a team of high-performing managers, drivers, loaders, and sales reps
Maintain the delicate balance between operational efficiency, team culture, and customer service
Forecast, budget, and take complete ownership of your P&L—this is your bottom line
Partner with regional leadership on growth strategy, including expansion, market penetration, and customer development
Instill and enforce a safety-first mindset across every square foot of the operation
Make sure products flow out the door—on time, on spec, and on budget
