The General Manager is responsible for operating all equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing product, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, and cleaning the equipment and facility. This role requires the ability to perform mathematical calculations, make correct monetary change, and possess strong verbal, writing, and telephone skills. Additionally, the General Manager must have good motor coordination for accurate and rapid movements, be able to enter orders using a computer or touch screen, and comprehend written instructions. Communication skills are essential for interacting with customers and co-workers. The role also involves delivering product and flyers by car and on foot, requiring navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses. The General Manager must be able to navigate various delivery sites, including multi-story buildings and private homes, while carrying product. A key aspect of this role is the ability to lead by example and coach/train new employees. Work conditions are varying.
