The General Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, operational performance, and financial results of a three-concept hospitality venue consisting of Big Bob’s Bowling, Smoko Loco, and Glory Roll Sushi Bar. This role requires a highly capable, hands-on operator who can balance service excellence, people leadership, and disciplined execution across multiple service styles under one roof. The General Manager serves as the senior on-site leader, accountable for guest experience, team performance, cost control, compliance, and brand standards. Success in this role requires strong judgment, organizational discipline, and the ability to move fluidly between entertainment operations, casual food service, and high-end dining and beverage execution.
