About The Position

North Star Pizza is a 27 store Franchise that is looking to expand and grow. This will allow for unlimited potential for growth within our company. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our operations at 14531 Forest Blvd in Hugo United States. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our business, ensuring operational excellence, and driving growth in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Proven track record of successful leadership in a management role, preferably in the retail or service industry
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred
Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans
Proficiency in operations management and process improvement techniques
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in team building and performance management
Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Proficiency in relevant computer applications and business software
