About The Position

Noah's New York Bagels is seeking a General Manager to oversee all aspects of store operations with a "treat it like you own it" philosophy. Our stores operate on a one-shift model, closing at 2 PM, allowing for a strong work-life balance. The General Manager will be responsible for ensuring the store is audit-ready, executing orders (catering, mobile, in-store), providing an exceptional customer experience, and supporting the team. During peak hours, the GM will assist in all positions, manage breaks, and strive for positive customer survey results. Post-closing duties include closing procedures, prepping for the next day, and administrative tasks such as ordering and inventory. Daily bank deposits are also part of the role. Comprehensive training is provided.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of prior General Manager or Assistant General Manager experience in a restaurant setting.
• Hands-on operator skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire the team.
• Tried and true strategies for achieving food cost goals and labor targets.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
