About The Position
This role is similar to an Assistant Manager. Please see the store for a complete list of job duties. The Assistant Manager operates all equipment, stocks ingredients from delivery areas to storage and work areas, and prepares products. They receive and process customer orders via telephone and walk-up. Responsibilities include continuous cleaning of equipment and the facility, delivering products by car to customer doors, and maintaining accountability for food, product, labor, and cash. The role also involves coaching and training employees in all areas and maintaining a clean and professionally run store.
