About The Position

This full-time, hands-on General Manager position offers the potential to become a franchise owner. Last year, our General Managers earned an average of $103,000. We provide competitive pay, health insurance, and paid time off. While we strive to accommodate time off requests, candidates must be available during all operating hours: Sunday-Thursday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 AM, and Friday-Saturday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 AM. As delivering will be part of your training, you must possess a Florida driver's license and a reliable, insured vehicle. General Managers are accountable for all aspects of their shift, including cost control, cash management, and customer relations. You will set the tone and example for the store, requiring 100% focus at all times.

Requirements

Fast food/restaurant management experience strongly preferred
Florida drivers' license
Reliable insured vehicle
Experience leading a team; during your shift, you will manage a staff of anywhere from 3 to 30 people
Can-do attitude and motivational skills to get them in the right place, at the right time and doing the right thing all while creating a great place to work
Reliable vehicle that is insured and have a valid driver's license

At least 18 years old
