Requirements

Responsibilities

Direct and oversee all store operations during assigned shifts, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards at all times
Manage all cost controls, inventory management, cash handling, and financial reporting to maintain profitability and operational efficiency
Lead, mentor, and motivate team members through effective communication, performance feedback, and recognition of achievements
Recruit, hire, train, and develop staff members while fostering a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture
Maintain strict quality control standards for food preparation, product delivery, and customer service excellence
Implement and monitor scheduling systems to ensure adequate staffing levels and optimal labor cost management
Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and operational metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
Ensure store cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and compliance with health and safety regulations
Develop and execute local marketing initiatives to drive customer engagement and increase store profitability
Handle customer concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism, resolving issues promptly and effectively
Manage inventory ordering, receiving, and storage to minimize waste while maintaining product quality
Prepare accurate reports, documentation, and administrative paperwork in a timely and organized manner
Model exemplary work ethic, punctuality, and professional behavior to set the standard for your team
Communicate transparently with upper management regarding store performance, challenges, and strategic recommendations
