The General Manager is responsible for the operational integrity of their assigned location and exceeding their assigned budget by generating profitable revenue growth through the development of new business, customer retention, and product offering expansion to the existing customer base. This position is responsible for overall performance, including sales, operations, and P/L results. Pre-sale duties include ensuring ongoing face-to-face, quality customer sales calls to build relationships with key stakeholders and generating revenue opportunities across all product lines. This involves preparing action plans, customized presentations or proposals, and performing research and analysis to improve hit rate and coordination across the company to meet customer demand. Post-sale duties include ensuring field service personnel and equipment are scheduled effectively, operational and performing as planned, executing to the assigned budget, and receiving change orders as applicable. The GM also responds to internal and external customer concerns or problems, determines corrective actions, and ensures appropriate response and/or that personnel meet commitments as assigned. The GM is responsible for leading their team with the core cultural competencies of RESA and operating with a One RESA mindset. This position is also responsible for financial and operational reporting.
