About The Position
Overview Manager Qualifications - A great manager believes in the therapeutic benefits of Massage Therapy, and has the following: Experience in management, preferably with a wellness or massage studio background Excellent leadership skills and the ability to lead a team in an organized and efficient way, ensuring studio operations runs smoothly Customer Service oriented with strong verbal and written communications skills Ability to train and develop staff in providing excellent customer service and achieving strong Wellness Program membership sales Ability to provide daily, monthly and yearly performance feedback to our Front Desk, Massage Therapists and Estheticians Able to work flexible days and hours; including nights and weekends Strong Computer skills; MindBody Software experience a plus Strong Social Media background a plus
