This role leads global service delivery for the RTSM platform alongside end-to-end supply chain operations, including software implementations, fulfillment, returns, warehouse management, and patient/site support. • Demonstrated experience managing global service delivery and/or supply chain/logistics operations, ideally within clinical trials, pharma, or medical device industries.
  • Experience managing global, multi-site, or matrixed teams.

  • Working knowledge of GxP, GMP/GDP, and clinical trial regulatory requirements as they relate to supplies and technology.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience at a CRO, clinical technology vendor, or clinical supplies/logistics provider.
