The Trade Desk is seeking a General Manager, Revenue Operations to lead and scale its revenue operations function across the Agency Portfolio (Big 6 Holdcos and Independent Agencies) and the Growth Portfolio. This senior leadership role is responsible for translating The Trade Desk’s global revenue strategy into disciplined execution, predictable outcomes, and scalable operating mechanisms across two of the company’s most strategically important growth engines. The role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, analytics, and execution, requiring a candidate who is both a systems thinker and a hands-on operator. The ideal candidate will understand the unique commercial dynamics of agency-led buying models and drive scalable growth motions across emerging and expanding go-to-market (GTM) portfolios. This individual will be a critical partner to GTM leadership (Business Development and Client Services), Finance, Product, and global Revenue Operations to scale the business, improve forecasting rigor, and elevate the management of agency relationships, growth portfolios, pipelines, and revenue quality across North America. This role offers the opportunity to shape the operations of a sophisticated commercial organization, influencing revenue predictability, GTM productivity, and agency-driven growth at scale.
