What You’ll Do This role will oversee all aspects of store operations, performance, and team leadership. This is a hands-on leadership role with full operational accountability. Operational Leadership Lead day-to-day retail operations to ensure profitability and efficient stewardship of donated goods Oversee the efficient processing of donated goods to ensure production targets, quality standards, and revenue goals are consistently achieved. Manage expense-to-revenue ratios, payroll budgets, and overall store performance Drive key performance metrics including sales, donor value, payroll percentage, retention, and safety Ensure compliance with organizational policies, safety standards, and CARF accreditation requirements People & Culture Hire, train, develop, and coach leadership and frontline team members Develop Assistant Team Leads to prepare future store leaders Foster a culture rooted in Goodwill’s core values and commitment to world-class customer service Build a high-accountability, high-engagement work environment Merchandising & Customer Experience Ensure strong merchandising standards and competitive pricing through industry awareness Oversee donation flow, processing, and product presentation Maintain store image, cleanliness, loss prevention, and safety standards Financial & Administrative Oversight Oversee POS systems, cash handling, scheduling, and reporting Ensure accurate and timely completion of required reports and documentation What We’re Looking For We’re seeking a strong retail operator who leads with integrity, drives results, and prioritizes people. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of two years of management or supervisory experience in a retail or business setting
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and key retail business days
