The client operates a high-volume, family-friendly sports restaurant and bar in New Orleans. They are a privately owned, multi-concept hospitality company with over a decade of experience and a commitment to internal promotion. This role offers a base salary of $65K–$70K plus bonus, opportunities for growth across concepts, a culture built on communication, integrity, and appreciation, and direct access to local, hands-on ownership.
Requirements
- 2+ years as a GM in high-volume casual dining or sports bar environments.
- Full-service and bar operations experience.
- A track record of growing sales and developing people.
- ServSafe Manager and alcohol certifications, or the ability to obtain them.
- Energy, presence, and a love for a busy dining room.
Responsibilities
- Own the P&L and drive sales, labor, food, and beverage results.
- Lead a large front- and back-of-house team through high-volume rushes.
- Create a fun, welcoming atmosphere for families, fans, and regulars.
- Maintain sharp service and high standards every shift, especially on game day.
