Requirements

2–3 years of General Manager experience in a fast-paced environment
Able to lift up to 40 pounds and work on your feet for long shifts (up to 10 hours)
Able to bend, stretch, and reach for objects at various heights.

Nice To Haves

Drive-thru experience is a big plus!
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Responsibilities

Create an environment where crew members feel engaged, supported and valued- and every guest experience matters
Hire, train, and develop top-performing managers and crew.
Drive sales, lead daily operations, to ensure consistent performance and profitability.
Build strong local connections and lead community engagement initiatives.
Ensure cleanliness, food safety, and equipment upkeep.
Lead by example in both the Back of House (BOH) and Front of House (FOH) operations
