This role is for a General Manager in Training who will be responsible for providing a GAS3 selling experience for DIY and professional customers. The trainee will also provide leadership and developmental coaching for store Team Members, achieve personal and store sales goals, and manage DIY services. Ensuring high standards of customer service, including prompt handling of complaints, is crucial. The position involves understanding the levers to impact P&L and performing manager on duty responsibilities such as coaching, issue resolution, floor/phone management, task assignment, safety, and open/close duties. Weekly scheduling is also a key responsibility. Additionally, the role may assist in backing up the operations of the commercial delivery program.
