Advance Auto Parts is a leading automotive aftermarket parts provider that serves both professional installers and do-it-yourself customers. As of October 5, 2024, Advance operated 4,781 stores primarily within the United States, with additional locations in Canada, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. The company also served 1,125 independently owned Carquest branded stores across these locations in addition to Mexico and various Caribbean islands. This role is responsible for achieving overall store sales goals and service objectives, managing and growing Professional Customer relationships and sales, and ensuring the selection, hiring, development, performance management, coaching, scheduling, and engagement of store Team Members. The General Manager is also responsible for ensuring the execution of all inventory and operational standards, coaching Team Members to deliver on Customer expectations, and performing manager on duty responsibilities. The position is eligible for sales commission based on individual or store performance.
