The General Manager III is responsible for achieving overall store sales goals and service objectives. This role involves managing and growing professional customer relationships and sales, ensuring the team is accountable for executing customer action plans. The position also includes selection, hiring, development, performance management, coaching, scheduling, and engagement of store Team Members. Key responsibilities include ensuring the execution of all inventory and operational standards, coaching Team Members to deliver on customer expectations (DIY and Professional), and performing manager on duty responsibilities such as customer interaction, floor and phone management, task assignment and completion, safety oversight, and opening/closing duties. The role requires the ability to lead change management, embrace diversity, and foster a respectful environment for both customers and team members. Secondary responsibilities may include providing DIY services like battery installation and wiper installation, and assisting the District/Region in other functions as requested.
