The General Manager III is responsible for achieving overall store sales goals and service objectives, managing and growing professional customer relationships and sales, and ensuring the selection, hiring, development, performance management, coaching, scheduling, and engagement of store Team Members. This role also involves ensuring the execution of all inventory and operational standards, coaching Team Members to deliver on customer expectations (DIY and Professional), and performing manager on duty responsibilities. The General Manager will also provide DIY services such as battery installation and testing, and assist the District/Region in other functions upon request.
