The General Manager II is responsible for achieving overall store sales goals and service objectives. This role involves managing and growing Production Center Customer relationships and sales, ensuring the team executes account action plans. Key duties include selection, hiring, development, performance management, coaching, scheduling, and engagement of store Team Members. The position also requires ensuring the execution of all inventory and operational standards, coaching Team Members to meet customer account expectations, and performing manager on duty responsibilities such as touching base, floor management, task assignment, safety oversight, and opening/closing duties. The role requires the ability to lead change management and embrace diversity to foster a respectful environment for customers and team members. Additionally, the General Manager II may assist the District/Region in other functions upon request.
