About The Position

General Manager opportunity overseeing all the day-to-day operations and management of the Home Care agency from staff management/development and budgeting to ensuring regulatory compliance, promoting the agency's mission, meeting financial goals/metrics and being a supportive servant leader. We are looking for a leader that will operate in the best interest of the company and report directly to the Founders of the Organization.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as healthcare administration, business management, or nursing.
Experience in healthcare administration, management, or a related field.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of relevant regulations and healthcare policies in home care.
Financial acumen and budgeting skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must understand that this Industry/Division of healthcare is a 24/7 business and you will have “on call” responsibilities and requirements outside regular business hours as the General Manager.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations, hiring and supervise staff, staff development and create a positive work environment.
Develop and implement strategic plans for business growth and expansion. Meet metrics and financial goals.
Manage budgets, financial reporting, and ensure profitability.
Ensure adherence to all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
Implement quality assurance protocols, monitor patient/client outcomes, and ensure patient satisfaction.
Oversee the delivery of patient care services, including assessments, care plans, and evaluation of patient progress.
Recruit, train, and retain qualified staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and professional growth.
Represent the agency within the community, build relationships with referral sources, and promote home care services.
Advocate for patients' rights and needs, ensuring they receive appropriate and timely care.
