About The Position

Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 4 - Food for a healthcare account located in Baltimore, MD. We are looking for an experienced healthcare food service leader with a passion for innovation, training, process improvement, and team building. This position will oversee all food services including, retail, patient, and catering services.

Requirements

Proven history of providing leadership in challenging union environments
Healthcare experience
Work history demonstrating strong leadership skills, as well as previous supervisory experience and the ability to work collaboratively
Ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and has a passion for a high level of customer service
Demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities, as needed
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 5 years management experience
Minimum 5 years functional experience

Responsibilities

Have oversight of day-to-day operations
Deliver high quality food services including retail, catering and patient meal management operations
Achieve company and client financial targets and goals
Develop and maintain client and customer relationships (i.e., comfortable in c-suite settings where communication skills are imperative when serving as top level site management)
Develop strategic plans
Ensure HACCP, regulatory and standards compliance
