Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience in corporate travel or a related industry
  • Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated P&L ownership
  • Deep knowledge of corporate travel (air, hotel, ground) and Meetings & Events
  • Experience driving revenue growth, client retention, and profitability
  • Strong stakeholder management and senior client relationship skills
  • Experience supporting sales efforts, including RFPs and client presentations
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, reporting tools, and financial systems
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and operational excellence
  • Strong coaching, mentoring, and people development capability
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and drive high execution standards
  • Experience analyzing market trends and competitive positioning

Responsibilities

  • Lead and drive the strategic direction, financial performance, and operational excellence of the region
  • Deliver profitable revenue growth across managed travel, project travel, and Meetings & Events (M&E)
  • Champion and embed M&E as a key growth lever across the client base
  • Own regional operations, proactively identifying and resolving issues to protect client outcomes and profitability
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver scalable, best-in-class client experiences
  • Collaborate across Account Management, Sales, Technology, Onboarding, and M&E to drive efficiencies and productivity
  • Lead commercial reviews, ensuring profitability, compliance, and long-term client value
  • Strengthen and grow senior client relationships, positioning FCM as a strategic partner
  • Develop and execute regional business plans aligned to revenue, profit, retention, and NPS targets
  • Support the sales function through pipeline development, client referrals, and participation in pitches and RFPs
  • Ensure CRM data accuracy and leverage insights to drive retention and commercial strategy
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to maintain FCM’s competitive edge
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and growth
  • Create a psychologically safe, inclusive, and high-performing team environment
  • Represent FCM at industry events to enhance brand presence and market credibility
