Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 5 - Food for HCA Florida Capital Hospital – in Tallahassee, FL . HCA Florida Capital Hospital s a 288-bed acute care facility that offers 24/7 Emergency Services in Leon and Gadsden Counties. Offerings also include a Behavioral Health Center, Cancer Center, Chest Pain Center w/PCI-Resuscitation, Family Center, Heart & Vascular Center, Imaging Services, Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and more! The General Manager 5 will be responsible for department financials and all daily operations of patient services, retail café, and catering. This position would support a team of 2 salaried managers and Sodexo frontline associates. have oversight of day-to-day operations deliver high quality food service achieve company and client financial targets and goals develop and maintain client and customer relationships develop strategic plans create a positive environment; and ensure Sodexo Standards are met. Requirements

• culinary knowledge
• strong leadership skillset- ideally in a healthcare setting
• strong understanding of regulatory standards is needed to assist with deficiency-free department of health inspections.
• Financial skills to manage one million in volume along with technical & customer training skills for 15 frontline associates.
• Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum Management Experience – 5 years
• Minimum Functional Experience – 5 years
