About The Position

Join a great team where our students are at the heart of everything we do! Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 1, for the K-12 School operation at Fountain Hills USD, a beautiful campus with 1100 enrollment located in Fountain Hills, AZ. This position will report to the District Manager for Arizona and manage a staff of up to 8 employees. We are seeking a hands-on General manager with flexibility to assimilate between back of the house to front of the house as needed. Valid Driver's license required. Relocation Assistance available. At Sodexo, we deliver food, nutrition, environmental and facilities management solutions to partnered K-12 schools. Requirements

Have a work history demonstrating strong employee engagement leadership skills, as well as previous supervisory experience and the ability to work collaboratively
Has experience working within K-12 services and National School Lunch Program (NSLP)
Can manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service
Prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities
Valid Driver's license required

Manage multiple locations while sustaining client satisfaction and retention

Lead growth by developing strategy and delivering exceptional student experiences through marketing, menu design, and food quality
