About The Position

This program is a 11-week full-time opportunity that provides real work experience with a team in your business area. You will be aligned to projects to lead or contribute to while also participating in networking, development, and career exploration activities. Additionally, successful interns are strongly positioned for consideration for future full-time opportunities with CVS Health, including the General Management Development Program. The Summer 2027 program will run May 24th – August 6th 2027 (subject to change). This is a hybrid position with 3 days (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) in one of the following office locations based on your preference: Hartford, CT, Woonsocket, RI, or Dallas, TX. The other 2 days each week will be working remotely from home, office, or another location of your choice. Relocation stipends will be provided to qualifying interns and interns will be given the opportunity to connect with each other prior to the start of the program to coordinate housing if desired. The hourly rate is $26/hr with 40 hours/week, no work on July 4th (company holiday), and two days of paid leave. Our internship roles provide you with real work experience within the general management function. You will be aligned to projects to lead or contribute to while also participating in networking, development, and career exploration activities.

Requirements

  • Meet educational requirements (see education section)
  • Have a willingness to relocate to the office locations listed above
  • Demonstrated leadership experience. Examples include active roles in student or social organization activities, sports, or school or work-related projects
  • Work visa sponsorship is not available for this role. This includes participation in Curricular Practical Training (CPT), Optional Practical Training (OPT), and F-1 Visa programs.

  • Partner closely with leaders across CVS, Signify, and Oak Street Health (OSH).
  • Assume ownership over the day-to-day management of the Signify/CVS/OSH partnership.
  • Develop current state assessment and strategic roadmap to increase channel conversion.
  • Evaluate sales trends and merchandising strategies for the Women’s Health & Wellness category.
  • Present findings to senior leadership and recommend solutions.
