The General Maintenance worker will perform general maintenance and repairs for assigned equipment and facilities including plumbing, electrical, basic carpentry, heating and cooling, and other building systems. This role involves inspecting and identifying equipment or machines in need of repair, troubleshooting issues, and planning repair work using building blueprints or equipment manuals. The worker will perform general repairs that do not require a specialized technician, such as repairing drywall, painting, and fixing doors and other building fixtures. Routine maintenance on building systems, cleaning, and general facility upkeep are also key responsibilities. The position is full-time, regular, and non-exempt.
