About The Position
Perform assigned maintenance duties related to exterior and interior facilities; ensure high guest service and satisfaction.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience.
- Effective communication.
- Technical skills: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.
- Weekend/holiday availability.
- Basic computer skills.
- Indoor/outdoor work.
- Adhere to environmental sustainability practices, including proper disposal of materials and energy-efficient maintenance procedures.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks.
- Respond to guest maintenance requests.
- Complete work orders timely.
- Communicate regarding out-of-order rooms and projects.
- Maintain security of master keys.
- Work with outside contractors.
- Assist in training employees.
- Comply with safety laws and report issues.
- Monitor boiler/chiller readings.
- Responsible for pool maintenance.
- Report safety/security issues.
- Maintain clean work area.
- Perform other duties as directed.
