About The Position

This role is responsible for handling all preventative maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on industrial machinery and production equipment. The position involves working with various systems including pumps, motors, gearboxes, conveyors, chillers, pneumatics, and hydraulics. The employee will be required to work the assigned shift, meet attendance requirements, and work mandatory overtime. Communication will be via radio, and the role involves walking short distances and standing for long periods. The position requires working within multiple disciplines of maintenance and hearing sound alerts from equipment.

Requirements

Education in maintenance related certifications or 1 or more years general maintenance experience
Experience with preventative and predictive maintenance programs.
Mechanical skills used to trouble-shoot equipment is required.
Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles.
2 years of basic computer
Must have at least 1 year of current work history in the past 4 months with no break.
Ability to lift 50-80 pounds.
Wear all required PPE.
Can pass background and drug screen.

1+ years' experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
