About The Position

This role is responsible for handling all preventative maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on industrial machinery and production equipment. The position involves working with various systems such as pumps, motors, gearboxes, conveyors, chillers, pneumatics, and hydraulics. The employee will be expected to work the required shift, meet attendance requirements, and work mandatory overtime. Communication will be done via radio, and the role requires the ability to walk short distances and stand for long periods. The position also involves working within multiple disciplines of maintenance and hearing sound alerts from equipment.

Requirements

1+ years' experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Mechanical skills used to trouble-shoot equipment is required.
Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles.
2 years of basic computer skills.
Must have at least 1 year of current work history in the past 4 months with no break.
Ability to lift 50-80 pounds.
Wear all required PPE.
Can pass background and drug screen.

Nice To Haves

Education in maintenance related certifications or 1 or more years general maintenance experience.
Experience with preventative and predictive maintenance programs.
