About The Position

Performs general maintenance and repairs for assigned equipment and facilities including plumbing, electrical, basic carpentry, heating and cooling, and other building systems. Maintains grounds including sidewalks, entryways, and parking lots, keeping them free of ice, show and debris. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Current valid South Dakota driver’s license.
Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and other manuals and documents

Nice To Haves

A minimum of two years of maintenance experience and general knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, heating and cooling preferred.
