As part of the talented Thunder Jet team, this position as General Maintenance worker you will be responsible for the upkeep and repair of facilities, enduring they meet safety and functionality standards through various maintenance tasks. Requirements

Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve issues quickly.
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects and working in various environments
Solid understanding of various maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical work and carpentry.
Must complete forklift training

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training, vocational courses, or apprenticeships in relevant fields are preferred.
Prior experience (1-3+ years) as a maintenance worker or technician in facilities, property management, or industrial settings
Basic or higher computer skills
Detailed and organized
Self-starter, team player with good safety awareness

Responsibilities

Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of buildings, grounds, and equipment to ensure everything is in good working order.
Maintain records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections performed on equipment and facilities.
Ability to use hand and power tools effectively and safely
Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards, local building codes, and company policies
Work with contractors or vendors for specialized repairs when needed
Collaborate effectively with team members, supervisors, clients, and staff
Assist in seasonal yard needs and housekeeping tasks as needed
Other duties as required
Possess and maintain a legal driver's license
Must complete forklift training
