About The Position
Culver Academies is a private boarding school seeking diverse talent to support its mission and enrich its learning environment. Located on the shore of Lake Maxinkuckee in Culver, Indiana, the campus spans 1,800 acres with a historic collegiate-like setting. This role is crucial for maintaining the Academy's buildings and ensuring a safe and functional environment for students and staff.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/HSE
- Valid Indiana driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+lbs
- Physically capable of accessing all campus areas and buildings, which may require extensive walking and/or climbing stairs.

Responsibilities
- Perform emergency repair and preventative maintenance service for all Academy buildings.
- Provide major and minor electrical and plumbing repair.
- Conduct general building maintenance.
- Keep accurate records of all repair activity.
- Inform the supervisor of all major maintenance problems as they arise.
