Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- 1+ years of related experience
- Basic computer skills are required. Candidate will be using DLA database to retrieve and interpret packaging requirements.
- Ability to obtain a secret clearance is required.
- Ability to operate a forklift, and basic overhead crane rigging.
- This is a material handling position and candidate must be able to lift boxes, climb ladders, etc...
- US Citizenship Required
Nice To Haves
- Experience with DLA packaging requirements, or previous warehousing experience.
Responsibilities
- Directly Support rotatable pool warehousing.
- Work with external customer to manage packaging and shipment of rotatable pool equipment for Navy fleet support efforts.
- Will be responsible for ensuring rapid turnover of a high volume of material, ensuring compliance with applicable packaging and labeling requirements.
