The General Maintenance Worker performs general maintenance and repair of equipment and buildings requiring practical skill and knowledge in such trades as painting, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, HVAC, and electrical work. This role involves maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing various building systems including chillers, HVAC equipment, boilers, domestic water and plumbing systems, and electrical systems. Responsibilities also include performing general maintenance on equipment and machinery, and upkeep of concrete and asphalt roads, parking lots, and sidewalks.
