About The Position

We are seeking a General Maintenance Worker II for Fort Huachuca JITC, to perform diverse repairs, execute preventative maintenance, and manage landscaping in strict accordance with contractual specifications. This position is responsible for installation, repair/maintenance and compliance of heating, cooling and air conditioning systems. Due to contract requirements this position requires a documented disability.

Requirements

Requires a documented disability due to contract requirements
High school diploma or GED
Two years’ experience of facilities maintenance
Two years of HVAC experience
EPA Section 608 certificate
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
Ability to pass background checks to gain site access to the base
Possess a Real ID that is federally compliant
Must be at least 21 years of age
Have a current AZ Driver’s License
Have a 39-month clean driving record

Responsibilities

Perform diverse repairs
Execute preventative maintenance
Manage landscaping in strict accordance with contractual specifications
Installation, repair/maintenance and compliance of heating, cooling and air conditioning systems
