General Maintenance Technician

About The Position

Performs general Grounds keeping work necessary to maintain facility grounds which also may include garages, walkways, lots and roads; assists in the maintenance of exterior lighting; and provides routine support duties to higher level staff; and performs related tasks within area of assignment. Cleans and maintains all aspects of the exterior areas. Power washes exterior areas as assigned in a variety of areas that include patios and sidewalks; performs snow and ice removal and treatment when needed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum two (1) year of experience in grounds keeping, exterior cleaning and/or maintenance experience
• Basic knowledge of Grounds keeping and maintenance operations
• Great customer service skills are a must
• Be able to perform duties in all weather conditions
