About The Position

Dutch Miller Auto Group is looking for a hardworking, reliable, and detail-oriented General Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our dealership facilities and grounds are well-maintained, safe, and visually appealing for our customers and staff across our various locations. Key Responsibilities As a General Maintenance worker, your day-to-day tasks will vary but will primarily focus on the upkeep of our properties.

Requirements

• Must be willing and able to travel frequently, including out-of-state trips and overnight stays as needed for larger projects or multi-site upkeep.
• Must have the ability to safely lift and carry 50+ lbs on a regular basis.
• Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and stand for extended periods of time.
• Experience with and ability to properly and safely use ladders for maintenance and painting tasks.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record (essential for traveling between locations).
• Must be able to successfully pass a comprehensive pre-employment drug screening and background check.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in landscaping, property maintenance, or a similar hands-on field is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform all aspects of groundskeeping, including mowing, edging, trimming, weeding, and seasonal clean-up to ensure excellent curb appeal.
• Handle routine facility maintenance, minor repairs, and preventative upkeep across the property.
• Perform interior and exterior painting, touch-ups, and surface preparations as needed.
• Travel to various Dutch Miller dealership locations to provide maintenance support.
• Ensure all walkways, parking lots, and building exteriors remain clean, safe, and free of debris.
