About The Position

As a Maintenance Technician you will provide excellent service to our residents and will help keep the apartment community running smoothly! The ideal candidate will have a background in electrical, plumbing and appliances repairs, as well as the skills to prepare apartments for new resident move ins. Requirements

Previous maintenance experience, preferably in a multi-family or residential setting
Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Tools and reliable transportation.
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance in residents’ apartments
Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues
Complete work orders efficiently while providing excellent customer service
Perform unit turnovers / make-readies
Maintain accurate records of maintenance requests and completed work
Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency
Grounds maintenance duties may also be required depending upon the needs of the apartment community
