General Maintenance Technician
About The Position
ABM Industries is seeking a General Maintenance Technician to support daily building operations at a large, multi‑facility educational institution in Raleigh, NC. In this role, you will perform routine maintenance, inspections, and basic repairs across electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to ensure a safe, functional, and well‑maintained campus environment. This position is ideal for candidates with broad maintenance experience or those looking to grow into a Building Engineer role. You will work under the guidance of a Lead Maintenance Technician and collaborate with campus staff to resolve maintenance requests, support preventative maintenance programs, and uphold service standards expected in an academic setting. This role is 100% on‑site and does not require travel between job locations.
