Requirements

Must be available to work flexible hours to include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Maintain all mechanical items in guest rooms and public areas.
Receive direction for house calls via phone or radio.
Assist engineers and mechanics with repairs.
Clean all work areas after completing job.
Fill out Daily Work form.
Have a thorough understanding of Omni fire alarm procedures and other emergencies.
Have a thorough understanding of Omni Hotel rules and regulations.
Maintain all mechanicals property wide.
Knowledge of all aspects of the Engineering dept.
Maintain property pools as directed by CPO.
Special projects as assigned by Supervisor.
